An ANSYS-Interface to ANSYS Classic and ANSYS
Workbench exists.
The new winLIFE data access tool was used to
create a data inteface to Nx. This is used by a winLIFE customer.
To perform a flexible data transfer a tool was
designed, which gives fast access to ASCII result files (see next picture).
- The cosideration of the residuum was modified. In the case of short load histories
and huge multipliers the residuum has an important influence for fatigue life.
Especially for this the canges may be helpful.
- The stress gradient can be used for notch
stress concept with FE-Data. It is used to modify the local S-N curve. Since version
3.41 an automatic creation of the related stress gradient will performed.
- With the factor sqrt( 1 + findley_k *
findley_k) the corner point of the endurance limit is multiplied and when
showing the results for the damage accumulations calculation the modified S-N
curve is shown together with the transformed loading.
- The pre-sign for the mod. GE-hypothesis can
be selected according to either the algebraic or amount largest principal
stress.
- Load-Time-Functions can be automatically
split into negative or positive areas.
This enables to model nonliearities in a linear way.
- Load
time data can be squared before using it. In this wy circumeretial forces can
be modeled .
- For
the amplitude transformation the modified loads are shown together with the S-N
curve.
User comfort
- When opening a project, all internal
paths of the internal winLIFE files are automatically reset. Problem which
occured after changing a directory could bve solved.
- Selecting one of several licenses
-> it is no longer necessary to re-enter the password when changing
licenses.
