Liability
STZ offers its services via the internet under the following terms and conditions of use:

1. As a service provider such as described in Û 8 Abs. 1 TDG, STZ is responsible for its own contents which it offers for use, according to the general rules and regulations. STZ is not liable for material or non-material damage caused by using the contents unless intention or negligence can be proved.
2. If a text is provided by a third party, the author is to be named in each case. The author or the person who has commissioned the work is then responsible for the contents.
3. According to Û 8 Abs.2 TDG, STZ is not obliged to check information which has been given to them by third parties or to research into circumstances which could suggest illegal activities.
4. STZ makes it clear that the contents of websites offered by them but provided by third parties are not their own and that they can therefore offer no guarantee for the contents being correct, complete or available. STZ does not have any influence on the layout or contents of currently or future linked pages.
